Ganey joined Kenny Spring in November 2020 as our Receptionist and Client Relationship Manager before progressing to the role of Commercial and Property Paralegal.

Her natural business sense and long background in Business management, training, and customer service made Ganey the perfect choice to step into the Practice Manager role in 2024! 

Focused on building positive workplace cultures that encourage collaboration and growth, she strives to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Away from work, Ganey is a mum of two children, and when she is not running after them or her 2 Dalmatians, she loves a good coffee and playing netball.
