Zoom meetings: this way of meeting with clients has been useful both in and out of lockdown. Where partners are unable to attend our office at the same time, one can zoom in. Where clients are located in Sydney, Scone, or other parts of New South Wales or even living overseas, a zoom link allows us to "meet" you and interact while we provide our advice and to go through the documentation. It also enables us to witness documents where needed.
Signing of contracts and documents: we are able to send documents to you for electronic signing. It is a simple process which we will walk you through if you are unfamiliar. Banks are also adopting electronic signing for loan documents, which has in turn assisted in expediting their turnaround times for settlements.
Verification of identity: with electronic conveyancing mandatory in New South Wales, it is a requirement that we verify your identity.
