During the NSW lockdown, our team will continue to provide the high standard of service and advice that you have come to expect.
To comply with the stay at home orders, and to keep our clients and team safe, we have made some changes to our service delivery:
• Our team will work remotely where practicable. Our files are electronic and we have seamless and integrated IT and telephone systems. When you ring, you won’t notice any difference.
• If you have booked a face-to-face appointment, we will contact you to make arrangements for a video conference or telephone conference.
• Where you have to sign documents, we will contact you to discuss arrangements for this to occur in a COVID safe manner and in compliance with Public Health Orders.
• Where you have an urgent matter or need to attend our office, please call us in advance on (02) 6331 2911.
• Where you have a Court matter, please assume it is to proceed, however, arrangements for video link instead of physical attendance may be required
We know this is a challenging time for everyone, but we have done this before and will get through the lockdown.
