Kenny Spring is pleased to announce that for July and August, 10% of fees generated from any new and existing Wills, Power of Attorney or Enduring Guardian drafted at Kenny Spring Solicitors will be donated to local charity Veritas House.
Veritas House is a charity with close ties to the Kenny Spring team, and provides valuable accommodation and support services to children, young people, and their families.
Each year through their Youth and Family Support Service, Veritas supports disadvantaged families in the Bathurst and Oberon communities to access services, reduce family conflict and ensure the basic needs of children and young people in the family are met.
The proceeds from the Winter Wills program will be used by Veritas as emergency brokerage funding to purchase items to assist these families to address some major vulnerabilities, such as:
- Assisting with petrol or public transport so families can attend appointments with support services;
- Purchasing school uniforms or school supplies, or to fund a school excursion to support the education of the children; or
- Assistance in paying for glasses for children or young people.

If you need a new Will drafted, an existing Will updated, or you just need advice, come and speak to the Wills and Estates Team at Kenny Spring during July and August– and in the process, you will be supporting a wonderful cause.
